YOUR SESSION
Before you arrive
Restrictive clothing can interfere with comfortable movement. The Sweet Pause is a fully clothed assisted stretching experience. The Grand Release combines extended assisted stretching with agreed hands-on care and draping. Botanical rituals may also involve draping.
We discuss your preferences, relevant health information and areas to avoid before beginning. You do not need to already be flexible.
Your chosen experience may include a foot soak or another preparatory element; the sequence depends on the service. Afterward, take a moment before standing and share how you feel.
Your Comfort & Consent
You may request changes to pressure, positioning, temperature, stretch intensity, draping, music/sound or lighting, and pause or stop at any point. Prefer more conversation or more quiet? Tell me throughout the session.
Before draped bodywork or hip, glute, pelvic or lower-body work begins, we discuss boundaries, coverage and the areas you agree to have worked on. Professional draping protects your privacy; only agreed areas are uncovered. There is no internal pelvic work or sexual contact.
Inside the studio
Care first. Sensory details around it.
We discuss your comfort and plan the session together. Low light, sound, warm towels or cooling elements can support the experience when your chosen service includes them. You can opt out of an element at any time.

Health, ingredients & comfort
Before your session, complete or discuss a brief health and comfort intake. Share pregnancy, recent surgery or injury, relevant skin sensitivities or conditions, allergies, and anything that may affect comfortable participation.
For botanical treatments, disclose known allergies or sensitivities before preparations are used. Ask about the ingredients in the actual preparations for your session. Where tea is offered, review its ingredients and any food or caffeine sensitivities before drinking; tea is optional.
These wellness services focus on movement, relaxation and body awareness. They do not diagnose or treat medical conditions or replace medical care.
