Welcome to my little
corner of the world.
The Body Patisserie is my small, intimate studio in Connecticut—a space I created for people to step away from the noise, reconnect with their bodies, and experience bodywork a little differently.
Sometimes it’s good to manipulate the body. But how about somewhere for the mind and the five senses to meet at once?
I have built a pretty unique experience here in my little studio in Waterford, a place for people to step away from the noise, reconnect with their bodies, and experience bodywork a little differently.
I facilitate an intimate Immersion Room experience that brings together my favorite worlds: breathwork, ASMR-inspired sensory experiences, touch, sound healing, sensuality, scent, and visual stimulation.
I’ve come to realize that traditional bodywork often focuses on the physical body: the muscles, the tension, the places that ache. But what about the mind? What about those moments when you finally lie down to rest, yet your thoughts are still racing?
For 90 minutes, you get to lie down, close your eyes, and receive while I guide you through an experience with breath, therapeutic touch, aromatherapy, different textures and sensations, and live sound from crystal bowls, handpan, chimes, gong, and more.
It’s an opportunity to get out of your head for a while and simply experience what’s happening around and within you. There’s nothing you need to accomplish or figure out. You just get to be there and receive.

It’s an invitation to slow down, tune into the rhythms of nature, and embrace textures, temperatures, and sensations that inspire relaxation and renewal. These carefully designed moments of mindfulness and sensory indulgence offer a way to reconnect with yourself in a hyperconnected world.
In a small city like New London, I also wanted to bring something special to a community of sailors, submarine crews, military families, shipyard workers, medical professionals, and everyday people who carry extraordinary amounts of stress.
My own journey includes fifteen years of working with people, learning about movement, touch, presence, dignity, and the individuality of every body. I wanted to create a sanctuary that felt worlds away from the demands waiting outside. A place that doesn’t feel clinical or hurried, where every experience is thoughtfully designed around the individual.
I believe our bodies carry an intelligence far deeper than the mind. That pleasure can become a sanctuary for healing. That intimacy can reveal the places where we have abandoned ourselves, and become a doorway through which we return.
At The Body Patisserie, those beliefs come to life through sensory rituals that celebrate the simple pleasure of feeling.

Sometimes, the softest sensation leaves the deepest impression.
My work is an invitation to rediscover the extraordinary pleasure of simply feeling.
With devotion,Cece
